Josh Mott

Owner, Operator

Josh Mott has been the Operator of Chick-fil-A Blossom Hill and Almaden Expressway since May 2019. He spends most of his time casting vision and providing focus for a talented leadership team. He is passionate about helping people find their “why” in life and helping them take their next steps to get there.
Josh was born in Southern California and has a bachelors degree from California Baptist University and a masters degree from Golden Gate Seminary. Before becoming an operator, Josh served in Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program traveling across the country to help open new Chick-fil-A restaurants. He is a passionate sports fan, loves the outdoors, and enjoys reading!
