You move through the program content when you're ready.
You’re in the driver’s seat — we’re here to guide and support you. -
Supported by Check‑Ins
You’ll meet with a the Training and Development Director to review progress, get feedback, and set next steps.

…but completing the program does not guarantee a Team Leader role.Instead, TLDP helps you:

Consistent Performance & Standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be LvL 4
- All Pathways through LvL 4 Completed

must consistently demonstrate and be known for:
- Using the Core 4 consistently
- Communicating respectfully and professionally

Tenure Requirement
Minimum 6 months at CFA

Initiative
Candidates should already show signs of leadership potential, such as:
- Volunteering to help without being asked
- Supporting new team members
- Stepping into responsibilities when needed
- Showing curiosity about how the restaurant operates

Willingness to Own Their Growth
TLDP is self-paced, which means participants must show:
- Self‑motivation
- Personal responsibility
- Ability to keep themselves on track
- Willingness to schedule and attend check-ins
